Petronas has recently announce an impressive result. For your information, Petronas 's debt has rated as grade A1 by S&P while our Malaysia Government 's debt only A2. Moreover, Petronas contribute more than 1/3 of our government budget. Let us review the performance of the Petronas listed subsidiaries.


Petronas Gas
Petronas Gas has appreciated from 8.40 (29th Jun 2006) to today 10.50 which is about 25% of return.Petronas Gas annouced that it would be providing project execution services for the Sabah Sarawak Gas Pipeline and not own it. The pipeline will be owned by Petronas Carigali. Petronas Gas will provide basic engineering design, contract management and overall project management which we think shall be very lucartive.


Petronas Dagangan
Petronas Dagangan has appreciated from 4.00 (29th Jun 2006) to today 7.70 which is about 93% return.

KLCC
The property arm of Petronas has appreciated from 2.15 (29tj June 2006) to today 3.66 whihc is about 71% percent of return.
